Land Plaza Hotel
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Land Plaza Hotel is worth booking if you want a central 4-star base with a spa and gym, backed by a large pool of reviews. Skip it if you mainly care about a lavish breakfast or the lowest price, since some guests call the breakfast basic and it is the dearest of our three picks.

This is our Luxury pick for Bahía Blanca. It suits couples and business travellers who want to walk to the centre and still have a spa and gym in the building. Family rooms are listed too.
It is less suited to drivers. Free parking does not appear in the facility data, unlike at the Best Value pick. Budget travellers can save about €38 a night at Hotel Austral, which sits on a similarly central street.
Location and getting around
The address is 41 Saavedra. Bahía Blanca Cathedral is 0.6 km away, about 8 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate.
Guests score the location 9.4 out of 10, and reviews describe a central setting near the town centre that is easy to reach on foot. If you drive, parking is not confirmed, so ask the hotel what it offers and at what cost.
What guests say
The score is 8.7 out of 10 from 888 reviews. That is far more feedback than the other two picks have, which makes the score more reliable. In our sample of 3 hotels it ranked second on score, behind Howard Johnson (8.9).
Two themes come up often. Guests praise the location, and they describe the staff as friendly, attentive, helpful and professional.
The breakfast gets mixed comments. Many call it complete, with fruit and pastries, but some find the variety basic. Listed types are continental, vegetarian, gluten-free and American.
Price, and how it compares with our other two picks
The reference price was €113.42 a night, about €227 for two nights. It is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
That is above the sample median of €97.34. Hotel Austral Bahía Blanca, our Budget pick, was €75.03 with 8.3. Howard Johnson Hotel, Spa & Convention Center Bahia Blanca, our Best Value pick, was €97.34 with 8.9.
The extra €16 over Howard Johnson buys you a central address. The extra €38 over Hotel Austral buys a spa, gym and restaurant, plus a fourth star.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 3 eligible hotels in Bahía Blanca. Our Luxury slot goes to a five-star hotel where possible. A four-star hotel can take it only if it scores at least 8.5. Land Plaza holds an official 4-star rating and scores 8.7, so it qualifies.
Its large review base and central location sealed the choice.
