Logis Hotel Center
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Logis Hotel Center is worth booking if you are driving to Brest and want a low price with a secure car park, at about €75 a night in our reference check. If a central walkable base or a strong breakfast matter more, our other two picks score higher for not much more money.

This is our Budget pick in Brest. It works best for drivers, families and anyone who wants a quiet room at a price well under the city median. The property lists free parking, a gym, a restaurant and family rooms.
Skip it if you want to walk everywhere. The main sights are around half an hour on foot. And if you care about breakfast quality, note that it draws the main complaint from guests.
Location and getting around
The address is 4, boulevard Léon Blum. Guests describe a quiet setting near local shops, a short distance from the town centre. The location score in our data is 7.9 out of 10, lower than many hotels in the sample.
Walking times are straight-line estimates, so real routes can be longer. Tour Tanguy is about 2.3 km away, roughly 29 minutes on foot. Château de Brest is about 2.4 km, around 30 minutes. Pont de l'Iroise is about 6.6 km, which is far: around 83 minutes on foot, so you will need public transport, a taxi or a car.
What guests say
The hotel scores 8.1 out of 10 from 2,272 guest reviews. That is a solid score, but it placed joint 11th of the 12 eligible properties we compared on review score. Brest has several hotels that guests rate more highly.
Parking gets real praise. Guests mention a large, secure private lot with electric charging points and spaces for motorcycles. The quiet location near shops is the other recurring positive.
Breakfast is where opinions split. The buffet is described as varied with plenty of choice, but some guests feel the pastries and hot items lack quality.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
The reference price was €74.76 per night, about €150 for two nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room, not live quotes. That was 31% below the sample median of €108.79 per night.
The listing shows free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, a fitness centre, free parking and family rooms. Breakfast options listed are continental, buffet and breakfast to go. Whether breakfast is included in your rate is not confirmed, so check.
The gap to our other picks is small. Abalys Hotel, our Best Value choice, was €108.38 per night with a 9.1 score and 3 stars. L'Amirauté Brest, our Luxury choice, was €118.14 per night with 4 stars and an 8.8 score. Paying about €34 to €43 more per night gets you a noticeably higher guest rating.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 12 eligible properties in Brest. The Budget slot goes to the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale choice is set aside, and this hotel came in lowest at €74.76. It is the pick for keeping costs down, backed by a large number of reviews and a car park guests like.
