By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want a central, low-cost base in Aqaba with friendly staff and free parking, and you sleep well through street noise. Light sleepers should skip it, because guests report loud traffic and crowds at night.

Nice View 1 Hotel للعائلات فقط is our Budget pick in Aqaba. It is a 3-star property with a guest score of 8.5 out of 10 from 566 reviews.
The Arabic part of the name translates as 'for families only'. The property lists family rooms and is tagged for families. Whether couples or groups of friends can book has not been confirmed, so check the hotel's policy first.
It suits travellers on a tight budget who want to walk to the fortress, the museum and the shops. Skip it if quiet nights are a priority, or if you want resort facilities like a pool or beach area, which are not listed here.
Location and getting around
The listed address is King Hussein Street k.hussein st.29 Aqaba. Nice view hotel apartment. Guests call the setting central, close to shops, restaurants, markets and local sights, and the location sub-score is 9.3.
Aqaba Fortress and Aqaba Archaeological Museum are each about 0.5 km away, roughly 6 minutes on foot. Coral World Underwater Observatory is a different matter: 8.4 km, about 105 minutes walking. That is far, so you will need a taxi or public transport.
Walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been checked on real routes.
What guests say
Guests like two things most. The location, close to everything in the centre, and the staff, described as friendly, polite and professional, and willing to help with requests.
The main complaint is noise. Loud street traffic and beach crowds disturb some guests, especially at night. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a quieter room and bring earplugs. Room size and renovation condition have not been assessed.
Price and what you get versus our other Aqaba picks
The reference price was €34.45 per night. It is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not a live quote. The sample median was €77.99, so this hotel sat about 56% below it.
Our Best Value pick, Twins Boutique Hotel, was €50.20 a night with 4 stars and a score of 9.3. Our Luxury pick, The Westin Saraya Aqaba Resort & Spa, was €201.47 with 5 stars and also 9.3. Be honest with yourself here: for about €16 more per night, the Best Value pick scored clearly higher. Nice View 1 makes sense mainly if every euro counts.
Listed facilities include a restaurant, free parking, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast options listed are continental, halal and buffet; whether breakfast is in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 12 eligible hotels in Aqaba. Our Budget slot goes to the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice is set aside. Nice View 1 won that on price. On guest score it shared 11th place of 12, so its strength is cost and location, not top ratings.
