Quality Hotel Bordeaux Centre
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Worth booking if you want a central, well-reviewed base in Bordeaux at about 20% below the city median. Skip it if you need a roomy bedroom, because small rooms are the most common complaint.

City-break travellers who plan to see Bordeaux on foot are the best match. The Grand Théâtre is about 3 minutes away and the cathedral about 5.
Families may find it useful too, since family rooms are listed, and the property is tagged as pet friendly. Check pet conditions and any fee before you travel.
People who need space should think again. Guests often describe the rooms as small with limited room to move around. If you travel with big suitcases or plan to spend time in the room, that matters.
Location and getting around
The address is 27 Rue du Parlement Sainte Catherine, in Bordeaux City-Centre. The location score is 9.8, which is about as high as these scores go.
Guests describe a quiet pedestrian zone near shops, restaurants and tram lines. The Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux is about 0.2 km away, Bordeaux Cathedral about 0.4 km and the Basilica of St. Michael about 1 km, roughly 13 minutes on foot.
Walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified. A pedestrian street is pleasant, but it can make arriving by car or taxi harder, so check how close a vehicle can get.
What guests say
The location gets the most praise: quiet, pedestrian, and close to shopping, food and trams. Staff are described as friendly and efficient, with helpful advice, and guests note they speak English.
Room size is the weak point. Some guests find the rooms comfortable, but many call them small with limited walking space.
The 8.8 score rests on 5,455 reviews, a very large base. That makes it a stable figure.
Price compared with our other Bordeaux picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026, for 2 adults in one room, was €125.50 per night, about €251 for both nights. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Hôtel Bordeaux Clémenceau by Happyculture, was €94.90 a night with a score of 8.1. Our Luxury pick, Yndo Hôtel, was €284.11 with a score of 9.3 and 5 stars.
The extra €30 or so a night over the Budget pick buys a better score, 8.8 against 8.1, and an excellent location. Yndo scores higher still, but at more than twice the price.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 14 eligible hotels in Bordeaux. On score this one placed joint 6th, which is solid rather than top.
It is our Best Value pick because it balances score, a huge review count and price. At €125.50 against a sample median of €155.92, it was 20% below the median.
