Couples, business travellers and anyone who wants comfort without paying for it will do well here. The property lists a gym, a spa, a restaurant and a terrace, and guests describe the staff as friendly, polite and helpful. Its position, a short drive from the airport, helps on short trips.
Skip it if you drive a large car and dislike tight spaces, since guests call the parking area small and narrow. If you want a top luxury stay, Padma Hotel Semarang scores 9.6, though at more than four times the price.
Location and getting around
