Roka Hotel Boutique
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if guest score is what matters most to you: at 9.2 it was the best-rated of the hotels we compared in Boa Vista. If price leads your decision, both of our other picks were cheaper, including the 5-star one.

This 4-star boutique hotel suits travellers who want the highest-rated stay in town and some comforts on site. The property lists a pool, restaurant, family rooms, free parking, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which works for families and drivers alike.
Skip it if you are counting every euro. In our reference sample it was the most expensive of our three Boa Vista picks, and the 5-star Luxury option cost less.
Location and getting around
The address is Rua Castelo Branco, 452. The location score is 9.1, so guests seem happy with the position, but we have no specific comments about the area.
We also have no list of nearby sights with distances for this hotel, so we cannot give walking times. Check a map for the places you plan to visit. Free parking is listed, which helps if you are travelling by car.
What guests say
The score is 9.2 out of 10 from 175 reviews, joint first of the 5 eligible properties we compared. That is a strong result on a fair number of reviews.
We do not have a summary of what guests specifically like or dislike here, so we cannot point to standout strengths or recurring complaints. Read the latest reviews on the booking page, focusing on rooms, noise and breakfast.
Price and how it compares with our other Boa Vista picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 was €108.17 per night for 2 adults, about 25% above the €86.20 sample median. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
The comparison is unusual. Our Luxury pick, Hotel Barruada, rated 5 stars, was €51.92 with an 8.5 score. Our Budget pick, ibis Styles Boa Vista, was €64.94, also with 8.5. Roka costs more than both, and what you pay extra for is the higher guest score. Listed breakfast styles are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and American.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 5 eligible properties in Boa Vista. The Best Value slot weighs guest score, number of reviews and reference price together, so it is not necessarily the cheapest. Roka's 9.2 from 175 reviews was the strongest guest result in the group, and that outweighed its higher price.
Before you book
