STAYERY Bremen Altstadt - alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage is our Best Value pick for Bremen. It suits couples, city-break travellers and anyone staying a few nights who likes the space of an apartment more than hotel extras.
Guests describe the units as tidy, modern and spacious with fresh facilities. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a terrace are listed. Air conditioning in every room is part of the property's own name, which helps in a warm spell.
Skip it if a full breakfast is part of your plan. No breakfast appears in our data, so treat it as not confirmed. Families should also check room layouts, as family rooms are not listed.
Location and getting around
The address is Am Wall 94, in Mitte. Guests like the central setting, within walking distance of the old town, the train station and nearby parks. The location score is 9.1.
Straight-line estimates put the Bremer Marktplatz about 0.7 km away, roughly 9 minutes on foot. Bremen Cathedral is about 0.8 km, around 10 minutes, and Kunsthalle Bremen about 1.2 km, close to 15 minutes. For a short city break you can do most things on foot.
What guests say
The score is 8.8 out of 10 from 1,920 guest reviews. That placed it joint first of 6 eligible properties in our sample for review score.
The location and the apartments get the praise. Spacious, tidy and modern are the words that come up.
The one recurring complaint is minor but worth knowing. Mattresses are large and comfortable, but in some units the bed is pushed against the wall, so one person has to climb over. Room noise, renovation state and cancellation terms have not been assessed.
Price and how it compares with our other Bremen picks
The reference price was 94.22 euros per night, about 188 euros for two nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes. The sample median was 99.01 euros, so it sat about 5 percent below.
Our Budget pick, Garner Hotel Bremen City by IHG, was 75.70 euros a night with an 8.2 score and 4 stars. Our Luxury pick, Parkhotel Bremen – ein Mitglied der Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection, was 194.65 euros with an 8.8 score and 5 stars.
That comparison makes the case. For about 18.50 euros more than the Garner per night, you get a higher score. And you match the Parkhotel's 8.8 for less than half its price.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 hotels in Bremen. The Best Value slot balances guest score, number of reviews and reference price, so it is not always the cheapest. Here it went to the property with the joint top score, nearly 2,000 reviews and a below-median rate.
