What guests say
The score is 8.7 out of 10 from 2,351 reviews, joint second of the eight hotels we compared on guest score.
The location next to the castle and cathedral is the clear favourite. Staff also get warm words: friendly, polite and attentive, with a good welcome.
Room size is the main issue. Some guests mention spacious bathrooms and comfortable areas, but others find their units small and tight. Noise and renovation condition have not been assessed.
