This is a 3-star hotel for travellers on a budget who are happy to drive. Guests describe it as convenient for drivers, close to the highway and a short drive from Polignano a Mare. Free parking is listed, which helps in that setup.
Families get a few useful things on paper: family rooms, an outdoor pool, a garden and air conditioning. Opening times for the pool in November are not confirmed, so check before you count on it.
Skip it if you have no car or want to stroll to the sea front. Travellers who are strict about cleanliness should also read the guest comments below first.
Location and getting around
The address is Via Conversano 474/b. The location score from guests is 8.1, the lowest figure on this page, and that fits the picture: this is a base for driving, not for walking.
The two nearby sights in our data are both far. Conversano Castle is about 7.8 km away, roughly 98 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. Monopoli Cathedral is about 9.4 km away, roughly 118 minutes. Neither is a realistic walk, so plan on a car, a taxi or public transport.
Check the route to Polignano a Mare itself on a map before you book, since the exact drive time is not confirmed.
What guests say
The score is 8.3 out of 10 from 1,142 reviews.
Two things come up as positives. First, the location works well for people arriving by car. Second, breakfast: guests describe an abundant buffet with fresh pastries, cakes and plenty of sweet options. Note that we do not have confirmation that breakfast is included in the room price.
The main complaint is cleanliness. Rooms are described as generally tidy, but some guests report mould, dust, ants or stained surfaces. That is the weakness to weigh against the price.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults put Tuo Hotel at €89 a night. That was 30% below the sample median of €127.50. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Here is the honest comparison. San Tommaso Hotel, our Best Value pick, came in at €96 a night with a higher score of 8.9 and 4 stars. That is only about €7 more per night, or around €14 over two nights. If its location suits you better, it may be the smarter spend.
Hotel Grotta Palazzese, our Luxury pick, scored 8.9 with 5 stars at €1,241 a night.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 4 eligible hotels in Polignano a Mare. Tuo Hotel had the lowest reference price once the upscale choice was set aside, which is how it earned the Budget slot.
It did not win on reviews. Its score put it in position 4 of 4 in the sample. It offers the cheapest bed of the group, with a pool and parking.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Read the room description and the cancellation policy on the booking page.
Confirm that the pool is open on your dates and whether any fees apply. Ask about breakfast if it matters to you. And look at recent guest photos and reviews for cleanliness, since that is where the complaints sit.
