Wyndham Concepcion Pettra
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want the only 5-star hotel in our Concepcion shortlist, with a spa, pool and a breakfast guests rate highly, and you are happy to pay about €40 a night more than our Best Value pick. Skip it if restaurant service matters a lot to you, since that is where guests report lapses.

Travellers flying in or out will like the position. Guests describe it as convenient for the airport and say it faces a shopping mall. That makes it a good fit for short business trips and for anyone landing late.
It also suits people who want more facilities than a standard business hotel. The property lists a spa and wellness center, a gym, a pool, a restaurant, a terrace, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Who should look elsewhere? If your evenings revolve around the hotel restaurant, note that guests like the food and menu but say service availability and cleanliness sometimes fall short. If price is the main factor, our Best Value pick scores slightly higher for less money.
Location and getting around
The address is Autopista Talcahuano – Concepción 8676. As the name suggests, it is on a main road between Talcahuano and Concepción rather than on a quiet street. The location score is 9.1.
No walking times to sights have been verified, so we give none. Check the map before you book. From a motorway address, most trips will likely involve a car, taxi or public transport, and anything over 30 minutes on foot should be treated as too far to walk.
What guests say
Guests give it 8.8 out of 10 across 1,444 reviews, which placed it joint second on score among the 7 hotels we compared.
Breakfast earns the strongest praise. It is described as a complete and varied buffet, and the listed styles are continental, vegetarian, American and buffet. Location comes next, for the airport and the mall opposite.
The criticism centres on dining. Food quality and the menu are liked, yet service is not always available when people want it and cleanliness in that area is sometimes below par.
Price and what you get, compared with our other picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 was €126.50 per night for 2 adults, about €253 for the stay. The sample median was €71.94 per night, so this is a clear step up. Treat these as reference prices and check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Holiday Inn Express - Concepcion by IHG (4 stars, 8.9), was €86.27 per night. Our Budget pick, Apart Hotel Castellon 176 (3 stars, 8.3), was €54.36. What the extra money buys here is the fifth star, a spa and a restaurant, not a higher guest score.
Why it made our top 3
We looked at 7 eligible properties in Concepción. For the Luxury slot, five-star hotels come first, and this one holds an official 5-star rating with a strong 8.8 score from a large number of reviews.
It is the most facility-rich hotel among our three picks. That is the reason it is here.
