Balletti Park Hotel
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Balletti Park Hotel is a good deal for drivers who want a 4-star room, free parking and a long facilities list at about half the price of our Best Value pick. It is a poor choice if you want to walk to Viterbo's historic sights, which are over an hour away on foot.

Road trippers and families with a car get the most from this hotel. Free parking is listed, along with family rooms, a pool, a gym, a restaurant, a garden and a terrace.
It also suits people who want a 4-star hotel at a low rate. The reference rate was well below the local median.
Skip it if you do not have a car and want to explore the old centre on foot. Every sight in our data is more than 5 km away.
Location and getting around
The address is Via Umbria 2/A. Viterbo Cathedral and the Palace of the Popes are both 5.4 km away, about 68 minutes on foot. Villa Lante is 6.6 km away, around 83 minutes on foot.
All three are far. You will need a car, public transport or a taxi to reach them. Walking times here are straight-line estimates, so real routes could be longer.
The location scores 8.2 out of 10 in guest reviews, the weakest part of the hotel's profile in our data. Check the route to the places you want to see before booking.
What guests say
The score is 8.1 out of 10 from 102 reviews. That is a smaller sample than many hotels, so treat the number with a little caution. Among the 7 hotels we compared, it sits at joint position 5 on review score.
Our data does not include specific guest likes or dislikes for this hotel. That means we cannot tell you what guests praise or complain about most. Read recent reviews on the booking page, especially comments about rooms, noise and the pool.
Price and what you get compared with our other Viterbo picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026, for 2 adults in one room, were €90.60 per night, about €181 in total. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
That was 41% below the sample median of €154.60 per night. Our Best Value pick, Best Western Hotel Viterbo, cost €180.60 with a score of 8.8. Our Luxury pick, Hotel Salus Terme - Adults Only, cost €280.95 with a score of 9.0. All three are 4-star hotels.
So Balletti Park costs about half the Best Value pick per night, with a lower guest score. Breakfast is listed as continental and buffet, but whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 7 eligible hotels in Viterbo. Balletti Park had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside, which made it our Budget pick. The long facilities list for that price is the main argument for it.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Read the room details and cancellation policy carefully.
Ask whether the pool is open in your travel month and whether any facilities carry extra fees. Since guest feedback in our data is thin, recent reviews are worth a few minutes of your time.
