Road trippers and drivers get the most out of this hotel. Guests mention safe parking and restaurants close by, and the property lists free parking, a pool, gym, restaurant and terrace. It was the cheapest of our three Omaha picks.
Skip it if you are sensitive to room condition. Some guests reported stained carpets and unpleasant odours, and the 8.1 score sat near the bottom of the 10 eligible properties we compared. It is also far from the city's main sights.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible properties in Omaha. After the upscale choice was set aside, this hotel had the lowest eligible reference price, which is how the Budget slot works. A 4-star with free parking, a pool and 244 reviews at that price makes a practical budget option, as long as you know about the cleanliness comments.
