What guests say
Location and staff lead the praise. Guests mention a friendly, professional team, including a helpful concierge and valet services.
The main complaint is value for money. Room rates are high, and guests point to extra charges for parking, breakfast and spa access.
Room size, noise and condition have not been assessed. Read recent reviews if those matter to you.
Price and value against our other Colmar picks
The reference price was about €281.95 a night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. It is not a live quote. The sample median was €122.50, so this is well over double.
Our Best Value pick, Colmar Hotel, a 3-star hotel scoring 9.1, was about €129.70 a night. Our Budget pick, Grand Hôtel Bristol By Stay Collection, a 4-star hotel scoring 8.0, was about €99.30.
That makes the choice clear. The Best Value pick scores almost as well for less than half the price. You pay the premium here for 5-star service, a spa, a gym and a pool. Breakfast options include continental, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and buffet, but inclusion is not confirmed. Check today's price.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 9 eligible hotels in Colmar. Five-star hotels get priority for our Luxury slot, and this one also had the top review score in the sample.
A 9.2 is a strong result. The sample of 1,410 reviews is smaller than for many city hotels, but still large enough to trust.
