Premier Inn Bremerhaven is our Budget pick in the city. It has 3 stars and a guest score of 8.3 from 617 reviews. The listed facilities are short: a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk.
It suits travellers who want a plain base for sightseeing on foot and do not need extras. Late arrivals may value the round-the-clock front desk.
Skip it if you want a spa, gym or family rooms, since none are listed here. Drivers should also be careful: parking is not listed for this hotel, so it is not confirmed. And there is an unusual detail in this city. Our Luxury pick showed a lower reference price than this one, so check both before you book.
Location and getting around
The address is Schleusenstraße 3. The location score is 9.1, which is high.
By our straight-line estimates, Bremerhaven Zoo is about 0.8 km away, roughly 10 minutes on foot. The Bremen cog and the German Maritime Museum are both about 1.4 km away, around 18 minutes walking.
All three listed sights are within a reasonable walk, so you may not need transport for a sightseeing trip. Specific bus or train connections are not confirmed in our data, so check a journey planner if you are arriving without a car.
What guests say
Our data does not include summarised guest likes or dislikes for this hotel. What we can say is that 617 guests gave it an average of 8.3, which placed it joint 7th of 8 eligible hotels in our sample. That is a solid score, but in this city most competitors scored higher.
Because there are no feedback themes to report, read a handful of recent reviews yourself. Look for comments on room size, noise and breakfast, since none of those have been assessed.
Breakfast options listed are continental, full English/Irish and buffet. Whether breakfast is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Price compared with our other Bremerhaven picks
The reference price we saw was €105.67 a night, about €211.34 for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. That was 25% below the sample median of €141.82. These are reference prices, not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Best Western Plus Hotel Bremerhaven, was €164.50 a night with 8.7 and 4 stars. Our Luxury pick, THE LIBERTY Hotel Bremerhaven BW Signature Collection, was €104.50 with 8.7 and 4 stars.
That last comparison matters. In our reference stay the Luxury pick was about €1 a night cheaper, with a higher score and a fourth star. If that still holds for your dates, it is the better deal. Prices move, though, so compare both on the same day.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 8 eligible hotels in Bremerhaven. Our method fills the upscale slot first, then gives the Budget slot to the lowest eligible reference price among the rest. At €105.67 a night, this hotel won that slot.
In plain terms, it is here because of price and a good location, not because it is the best-rated hotel in town.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not listed for this hotel, so confirm anything you rely on.
Then put today's price next to THE LIBERTY Hotel Bremerhaven BW Signature Collection. If the gap is small or reversed, the Luxury pick offers more for similar money.
